Martin von Ostrowski lives since 1981 in Berlin and works as artist, art historian and city guide. At Technical University Karlsruhe and Free University Berlin he studied history of art, New German History, and New German Literature. He received a PhD in history of art about "German Monumental Fountains 1813-1871" at Free University Berlin.
